Rental Terms:
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • No pets are permitted on the property.
  • Rental is available to adults over the age of 25 only.
  • You are responsible for loss or damage caused to the home or personal property in the home.
  • All properties bordering the home are private property.  Please respect the privacy of our neighbors.
  • Supervision of all children in your party is required while on the rental property.
  • Guests are expected to maintain the home in the same condition that they find it in.  Cleaning and laundry supplies are provided.
  • Please report any broken or malfunctioning appliances, equipment or furnishings immediately so  we can have them repaired.
  • No firearms of any kind are to be used on the property.
  • Accommodates up to 8 people
