Rates & Availability

2016 Rates:
2 Night Rate:     $ 400.00 + tax
3 Night Rate:     $ 550.00 + tax
4 Night Rate:     $ 700.00 + tax
5 Night Rate:     $ 850.00 + tax
6 Night Rate:     $ 1000.00 + tax
7 Night Rate:     $1,200.00 + tax

*Rates listed above apply to groups of 4 or less
*Additional $25 / person for each additional person over 4

Reservation Policy:

  • Reservations accepted up to 1 year in advance.
  • Requested dates will be held for 10 days pending receipt of deposit.
  • $200 deposit required to reserve date requested.
  • The $200 deposit will be kept as a security deposit.  The security deposit will be returned, after your departure if upon inspection there is nothing missing from or damage done to the house.
  • Balance of payment and signed rental agreement is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Payment can be made by check, cash or money order.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If cancellation notice is received more than 60 days from rental date, all monies will be refunded.
  • If cancellation notice is received from 30 to 60 days from rental date, all monies except the $200 deposit will be refunded.  If we are able to fill the vacant time, the deposit will be refunded.
  • If cancellation notice is received within 30 days of the rental period the security deposit will be refunded.  The balance is non-refundable, unless we are able to find a replacement for your entire rental period.
